Welcome to The Study Room! But what is it? Well, we are a privately owned Christian library with over 2200 books and media resources. Our goal at The Study Room is to provide a safe environment in which seekers and followers of God can feed their souls by reading, studying, and discussing trustworthy materials that teach, encourage, and exhort them in the LORD and in holy living. But that’s a mouthful! In short, we are here to feed your soul.
How does it work? Pretty much like a normal library. Located in the heart of beautiful Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, we offer a cozy location to visit and from which to borrow the resources. Stop by to chat with our friendly staff and browse our bookcases.
For your ease, we have set up our library with a modern, category system. No room for Mr. Dewey here! Organized alphabetically by category, sub-category, and author, it is simple to peruse a topic or search for a specific book. There is also a resource binder with all annex books and media selections, which a staff member would be happy to retrieve for you.
No time to browse leisurely on location? Not a problem! Our website is easy to use. Click the library tag, login, and place your order on hold. We will reach out when your order is ready for pick-up. The drop box just by our door is available 24-7 for book returns.
